    Network Unable to Locate Slingbox PRO-HD


      My Slingbox was set-up and working fine. We had a power outage and I needed to set-up my Slingbox again because when I log on the Slingbox is unavailable and I can't use it.  I went to setup.slingbox.com and started the set-up process.  However, my slingbox cannot be located on the network.  I am not sure what the issue is.  What can I do to fix this?

          When you power up your slingbox, do all of its lights display?   Perhaps your power outage also fried the power supply adapter on your Slingbox and you might need to get a replacement.  If your SB is still under warranty, the SB folks will provide a free replacement.  Otherwise, you can purchase a 5 volt, 4 amp replacement power supply from third party suppliers such as bgmicro.com.
