    Why do I get a persistent "initializing"?


      I am trying to view from a MacBook.  It seems to hang up in "initializing.

          Thanks for using our answers forum! Generally, if Watch on Slingbox.com hangs on the initializing screen it's due to a compatibility issue with either the operating system or the browser you are using. Which browser are you currently using? Have you tried another browser? Does this issue only occur on the one MacBook? Are there any updates for your MAC? Have you cleared your browsing history/ data?
