Thank you for letting us know about this issue. We need to reproduce the issue ourselves in order to start fixing it. Can you please let me know what your source is set up as?
To get this information:
- Head over to http://watch.slingbox.com
- Connect to your Slingbox 500
- Press the "Settings" tab then click "Configure Input"
- It should list the remote/set top box you chose during set up. For mine, it says Comcast RNG200
Can you also let us know what device you are seeing this on?
