This morning I logged into my ProHD remotely on my computer. I briefly showed a picture and a remote and then went off. I have two players the boxee box says "no video source." The computer says nothing now, but did have a message indicating it was not set up for remote viewing. I note that there was an update installed, I guess automatically this morning 1-15-2013. How can I get the slingbox back to where it WORKS! Unfortunately I am in Mexico and can't access telephone support. I can't dial the 877 number from here and your system will not recognize the signals sent by Skype. I get the "press 1 for English" message and can't get any further.
