Can't configure remote. Tried US, tried Canada. My sling is located in Canada yet the settings switch to US every time. Regardless even if I pick a US zip code once I click "Watch Live TV" it asks me to configure a remote again.
Your guys telephone support doesn't work, live chat support doesn't work and I'm gonna assume this forum isn't gonna work either. This isn't my first go around with your guy's **** poor customer service. Can't believe you guys are still in business to be frank.
