    "Failed to get available channels"

      I recently switched to U-verse from time Warner. Regarding the Slingplayer App (v3.3) on my iPhone, it fails to get available channels when I try to view the guide. It worked well with my last cable service My slingbox is set up correctly for the new provider/DVR and the guide shows up when I watch from my computer. So at least Iknow that the guide exists and the channel numbers are correct...

       

      What can I do to have the guide work on my iPhone? I have yet to attempt this with my iPads, which aren't with me at the moment. Thanks.
