Thank you for participating in our community forums. I'm sorry to hear your having trouble with logging into your SlingPlayer application. It sounds like you may just need to uninstall and reinstall your application on your iPhone. Now everything works fine. What we did was the following:
- We removed the SlingboxPlayer app from the both iPhones and the iPad.
- We reset the password on the Slingbox Pro-HD at Slingbox Configuration site (again).
- We also reset the password (to the same as in fig. 2) for the login account at Slingbox.com.
- We reinstalled the app on the every device, one at a time.
This made everything working fine again! We didn't connect the devices to iTunes at all.
