I have successfully set up by Slingbox 500 at home and can watch it on my iPhone 5 and iPad when logged in to my home network. However, when I try to connect remotely, I get the error message: "Invalid Password! - This Slingbox is in an invalid state. Please resest / reconfigure the box through watch.sling.com"
I have reset the slingbox both through my PC and directly through the television - still getting the error message.
