    Sling player video freezes after just 3-5 seconds.  Also, no sound.


      I've used a Slingbox PRO-HD player for about 3 years now.  I've also been successful at using the Sling Player software through Internet Explorer.  I recently switched from an older DVR cable box to a newer DVR cable box (both from Comcast).

      I just made sure I had the latest version of the Slingbox PRO-HD software installed on the machine.  I also updated to the latest Sling Player software on my machine.  The virtual remote control appears to operate the DVR with no issues.  However, when I start viewing a channel through Sling Player, it plays for only about 3 to 5 seconds then it freezes.  I also hear no sound through my PC.

      I have a Windows 7 laptop and Internet Explorer 9.  I believe I meet all minimum hardware requirements for the laptop.

      Can anyone suggest how I can resolve these issues using the sling player?
