    When I access the slingbox system, the process is stuck in "initializing"


      A month ago, I believe when Slingbox updated their software, I could no longer access the slingbox system using Chrome, technical support had me switch to using Internet Explorer, which worked until today. Now I cannot access the slingbox system using Internet Explorer.  Seems some settings between Slingbox and both internet explorer systems are no longer compatible.  What do I need to do?
