    I'm new to Slingbox, and am trying to config my new 500...

      All went fine until it asked to "update" itself.  I said "yes", and it gave a progress bar of about 10 min, and said NOT to power down or reset the box while it updated, and the logo blinked.  After the 10 min progress bar expired, it said "Completing update. Please wait..."  That was over 3 hours ago.  The box has the logo lights blinking as it has throughout the process.  I'm stuck.

      While I'm waiting for customer support (phone AND chat), I thought I'd blog the users to see if anyone has any ideas...
