Using a MiFi hotspot on the receiving end

I'm considering buying a slingbox 350 so I can view DirecTV content recorded on my DirecTV HDR at home and view it on my boat. I have a Verizon MiFi hotspot on the boat and thats how I connect to the internet.

      I have two questions:

      1. It is my understanding the slingbox uses about  500 Kbps in standard def which should come out to about  220 MB per hour. I have a 4 Gig monthly limit on my MiFi account. Is this about the amount of data use I should expect? I will be viewing the content on my boat on a 19" TV. I presume the 350 will allow a quality selection so if I wish I can lower the data use.

      2. What additional hardware will I need to connect the Verizon MiFi unit to my TV. I have a Directv DVR on the boat but it is not connected to the satallite. Currently I transport the DVR between the boat and home and use the DVR to view recorded content on the boat only.

      Thanks, Tim
