Thanks for reaching out to us in the answers forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue connecting to your Slingbox from a remote location. We would need some additional information to really isolate the issue here. ie: Is this only occurring on one particular computer? Have you tried switching browsers? Have you tried entering the word "admin" or your account password?

Beyond that, you would need to actually check the lights on the front of the Slingbox itself and possibly perform a factory reset from the home location.
