    My player on my desktop has audio but no video


      My slingplayer on my desktop worked fine for years.  Now I only receive receive audio, but no video. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?  Yes, I already reloaded the player and that did no good.

          I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing video issues with the SlingPlayer Desktop Player. To assist you better I have a couple questions in regards to your particular situation:


          • What type of cabling are you using with the Slingbox? (i.e. Component Cables, Composite Cables etc)
          • Have you tried a new set of cables?



          Due to the Desktop Player being developed for our Legacy devices we no longer are developing anything in relation to the Desktop Player and we recommend using "Watch" through our website. You can still create a shortcut to your desktop to access Watch, but we are not sending out any updated information for the Desktop Player.
