      This is the 3rd place I try to get a solution about this problem.


      I talked a long time with your support agent Paula on Tuesday, and she tried to set up my remote control on my SlingBox 350. She couldn't find the model of my remote control, and she said I must write to you about it. My television service is with Bell Canada on Bell Fibe, and Paula was able to connect me and get an image for that service, but she could not find the appropriate remote control. Below is a picture of my remote control, which I scanned from the Owner's manual. The model of the PVR is Bell VIP2262. Can you please add this choice of remote control, so I can use my SlingBox service. I need to be able to test the full product within a few days as I plan to bring my SlingBox in Florida in 2 weeks (so I can watch my TV programs over there).


      Please confirm ASAP when I can test again. And please give me directions as to how to install this feature.
