    Won't start up.


      I have had  a Slingbox Pro HD for two years.  Today it just decided to quit connecting to the internet.

      I have unplugged it and plugged it back.  The horseshoe lights stay on.  The one power lights up but the ethernet light doesn't.

      I have changed out ethernet cords and router ports.  They all work.

      I have pushed the reset button for a minute without any activitiy.


      Now what do you suggest?

          Thanks for using our Answers Forum.  I understand that your having an issue with getting your Slingbox to connect to the internet.


          I would recommend that you give our fabulous customer support a call.



          In the US, you would simply call 877-GoSling(877-467-5464).  If your Slingbox is out or warranty, you may have to pay a PPI (Pay per incident).  If while doing the troubleshooting it is determined to be a hardware issue, there is the possibility that we may refund that fee.
