    If you get no power lights. Just call and hold.


      Call them ASAP. If you are under warranty they will send you a new one with a box to return the broken one.

      They will ask you to plug it in and hold down the reset button for 20 seconds, and if that doesn't work they will replace it.

      I was on hold for 40 minutes on a Saturday. They say weekdays are better. Good luck!
