I think your best bet is performing a hard reset of the Slingbox. Once you have hard reset the Slingbox, you would need to go through the setup again. If it still occurs, try different browsers. (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari) What operating system do you have on your computer? (Windows 7, Vista, XP, Mac) Do you have any other computers you can try?

Thanks for using our Answers Forum. I understand that you have a blinking power light and no network light at all.

The last link is actually one that provides information on how to contact our support anywhere in the world. In your case, I would recommend calling support. If you are out of warranty you may have to pay a PPI fee, however, if it is determined to be a hardware issue, we may refund that PPI fee.
