First, everything worked until two days ago...nothing has changed to my knowledge...
Setup...Home network...two Slingboxes, one the above-mentioned Pro-HD.
Work ...Slingcatcher connected to a flat screen TV.
Cannot connect from SC at work to the SB Pro-HD.
From home, can connect to either SB using SlingPlayer software on a PC or smartphone.
From work, can connect to either SB using SlingPlayer software on a PC.
From work, can connect from SC to the low res SB but cannot connect to the SB Pro-HD.
Receiving the "...can't connect due to a network error... message.
Have tried restarting all network hardware on both ends.
Have re-powered SC, but NOT reset it. UPDATE...I have also now factory reset the SC...same problem.
Have re-powered SB Pro-HD.
