What is your internet speed at the location of the Slingbox? What is the speed that the iPad and iPhone are running? Has the HQ ever worked on these devices? What version firmware do you have one the Slingbox? What IOS and version app are you running on the iPhone and iPad? If you could answer these question for me than I'm sure I help you get this up and going for you.
