Welcome to the answer forum and I would love to be of some help. I see that you are having a problem with the picture shuttering whenever you are using the coaxial connection. This is an odd problem being that it is only happening over the coaxial input. I have a few things that you could try to see if we could get that up and running correctly for you.

I checked for firmware updates and my Slingbox is up to date. I checked the settings and hardware acceleration was enabled so I disabled it. That didn't solve the problem. I cannot reset my Slingbox since I am working away from home and will not have access for several months.
I was thinking of reconfiguring the input source however I am not sure I can do that from out of town. If something happened then I would be without English speaking TV for a long time. Does anyone know of other tests that I could run to help find the problem?
