    My Slingbox PRO-HD Quit Working

      I bought the Slingbox PRO-HD this summer and I had to return the first one and get a replacement August 25, 2012 and now this on no longetr works.  Does the Slingbox PRO-HD have a poor track record?

       

      Also, I am trying to reach Customer Support right now.  I have been on hold for a very long time.  Acording to the site here, they are open 7AM to 7PM PST.  Is there a certain good time to call someone will actually answer the call?

          I am glad to see you here on the answers forum and am very sorry that you are having problems with the Pro HD. I see that you were going to contact the tech support. Did you ever get through? The slingbox Pro HD is a very good and desired unit I am very sorry about your luck with it.
