    Sling Player Discounts from the Internet


      I have connected my Slingbox Solo to my Virgin Media box and the Wireless Router and both the red lights on the box appear as expected.  I have then downloaded Sling Player and when I open this it finds my Slingbox.  I then try and run the set up assistant and a number of updates have been installed on my sling box however when i try the second step it disconnects from the internet and says there is no connection however i am able to access other sites as normal so there is actual no connection issue - i am a little stuck on what i should do next so nay help would be much appreciated.
