    Program guide not functional

      Last night I connected new 500 using both HDMI and component calbes. Did the set up with the remote. System status says everything is fine. My Comcast remote control shows up and has complete functionality. No problem viewing from my PC.

       

      Problem is when I open the program guide it only goes from channel 2 to 99 and appears to have no functionality. Cannot open a Favorites List. I talked with Sling support by phone and they could not recommend anything other than trying Firefox instead of IE.

       

      Suggestions?

              I did try changing the Input, but that ended up changing the remote to something other than what I have. I am using a Motorola DCX 3400 provided by Comcast. That is how I configured the setup.

               

              Again - all features other than the program guide appear to be working fine. I tried everything with my PC at work and got the same results as when using my PC at home.

                Thanks for trying Archie34, but this appears to be a function of Sling not supporting XP. Such a disappointment. Looks like I may no longer be a Sling customer.
