Thank you for contacting us! In regards to initiating a chat session, it does pop up a window after you select the product. If you have a pop up blocker enabled on your PC, this will prevent the window from appearing.
I'm still trying to get my Slingbox to work but it's impossible to get any support and all the broken links make it all the more aggravating. I think the prevailing philosophy is that it will eventually fix itself. So frustrating.
