    Sling box PRO-HD powering off

      My equipment is powering off constantly. I turn it on and in few seconds, sometimes minutes, it just turn off...

       

      I tried to contact the support group by phone this Saturday morning and couldn't get help as office is close.

       

      Has anyone experienced the same once ?

          Thanks for using our Answers Forum.  I understand that you keep losing connection with your Slingbox.  I would recommend contact our Support team.

           

           

           

          Explains how to get in touch with our Support anywhere in the world.  Here in the US you would call 877-GoSling(877-467-5464).  The hours of operation are from 10am to 10pm est 7 days a week.
