After days of tech support runaround and google searching I located a post that suggested buying a 3rd party power supply. I had 2 slingbox solos that stopped working after a few years and another that I just bought yesterday. All with the same problem. No IP address and no factory reset. Sling Tech support will not tell you this solution, but I assure you it IS the problem. Went in the closet grabbed a Linksys power supply and voila! Network and Sling accessibility. Don't waste days trying to figure it out. Go find a 3rd party PS. @SLING - recall these power packs already!!!
