    i have no video.  why


      the error is telling me my sling box 500 does not have video.  it worked last football season but i cannot get it started now

          I see that you are receiving an error stating that you have no video. Have you tried pressing the power button on your virtual remote. Sometimes when you receive a weak or no video signal it means the cable box might be powered off.
