I would just like to take this opprtunity to share a story with the sling community. I purchased a slingbox pro hd. It lasted 34 days till a hardware issue rendered it useless. Slingmedia would not send me a new unit. The "best" they could do was send a refurbished unit. After over an hour of arguing on the phone, I convinced them that they should replace the power suppy. (8 days later, i received the refurb unit) Now I have a software issue that engineers are "dilligenty working on" with no estimated time of resolution. I have completely exhausted my patience and time. I DO NOT and WILL NEVER endorse any slingmedia product.
