I would recommend that you Contact Sling Media Support.
The link above explains how to get in touch with us anywhere in the world. In the US, you would simply call 877-GoSling (877-467-5464).
I see that you've had your Slingbox awhile, so you will have to pay a support fee, but if it is determined to be an actual hardware issue, there is the
possibility that the fee will be refunded.
