I received a warranty replacement SB300-100 because of power-up problems (probably capacitors) with the unit I purchased in May. My small problem is that when I click "support" on "Watch Slingbox", it's still listing the old owner's name instead of what I renamed it and also lists the activation date when he activated it instead of when I purchased the original unit. I did do a reset, and that did not help. Slingox tech support tried, but they are unable to resolve this. I suspect the old owner's name and date are stuck somewhere in Slingbox memory. In all other circumstances Slingbox does use the name I gave it -- but the other persons info still bugs me. Any suggestions?
