    Complementary Support Question on Pro


      My hardware was working fine... so after it is out of the 1 year coverage do I then have to pay for help because of new firmware changes that disabled all of my players to garbage video?  Seems like a backended way to extort fees to me.  Please put my firmware back to where I can use the product.  I wasnt asked if I wanted an update and given the choice I would rather have my slingbox working.


      For more information on the issue see my discussion regarding the cable box output channel made about 5 days ago.  When I called for help they said they "would" not continue without $30.  I know what I need but it was removed without my permission; just give it back or work with me to fix it!!!  Unfair practices may result in external investigations.
