My father has an HTC EVO LTE and installed the Slingplayer app so he could watch my Slingbox on his phone. However, every time he tries to connect, he gets the error message saying, "Cannot connect to the Slingbox. Please make sure your Slingbox is connected to the Internet...". The problem is, he IS connected to the Internet. He has tried both the standad network connection as well as via WiFi, but no luck with either. We've verified his settings, using his Email and mine, the view only password as well as my administrative password. No luck with anything!
