I have been attempting to remotely connect to my sling box solo through several different wifi connections. I can connect just fine using a wired network connection or the 3 G data connection on my iPhone. But when attempting to connect to my sling box outside my home network via wifi only I can not get a connection. I receive a error code 4 unable to connect to you sling box please chech network connections. I hope someone can help me with this.
I am having the same problem using my new iPhone 5. It connects fine on home network and via cell network but wont connect using wifi. I went through the set up router process at home and everything is set up fine.
has anyone had a issue connecting at a business where wifi is offered free etc?
Sling support any direction on this?
