I just purchased the Slingbox PRO HD and after 10-20 seconds of playback, I receive the following error only when selecting Auto or Best/HD settings when watching through any pc web browser:
"The connection attempt failed. Make sure the Slingbox you are trying to watch is on, set up for remote viewing, and not blocked by firewall/NAT settings."
This is when trying to view on the local network and again, I do not receive this error when any other quality setting is selected so it wouldn't seem Firewall/NAT related.
I select reconnect and it does, but locks up again after 10-20 seconds. I've reset the device and tried again with same results. I've factory reset the device, reconfigured, and still receive the same result.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
