Thank you for using the answers forum. Concerning the SL120 the reason it is hard to find info is because it is a legacy unit and it no longer being updated. Verizon introduced the 120 and had a subscription program for SlingPlayer and they sold the Slingbox 120 for a special price, but this program has now ended. The SL120 would not have a warranty from us because they are not being sold from Verizon anymore.
