    Firewall or security issue preventing connectivity

      Hello,

       

      I am attempting to set up my slingbox SOLO and when the slingbox setup wizard cannot locate my slingbox on the network.  My computer and the slingbox are connected to the same router via ethernet cables.  The two lights on the front of the slingbox are solid red as well.  I have Symantec Endpoint Protection for my antivirus software (running windows 7) and I have set an exception for slingbox.com, but to no avail.  I am not sure how to proceed.  Does anyone have experience with this problem?
