Hope someone can help me please? I recently bought my 1st slingbox and thought I was buying the product that suited my needs best. I bought a slingbox pro with a view to using my iPad to access it whilst I'm working away from home. Turns out, there is a pro hd model to support the iPad. How confusing! I have written to slingbox twic now to ask for a refund of my £21 paid for the iPad app, which I now can't use. I've heard nothing. Can you please advise any contact details of someone who can action my refund? Regards. Mark.
