Is there any way to provide feedback on Slingplayer without having to pay for the privilege, or indeed to find out about previously reported problems? I'm beginning to regret having invested in a product from a company that seems determined make it as difficult as possible for its customers to provide or interrogate feedback.
Input is from set top box via Composite connection. When accessed remotely over the internet via IE with Slingplayer Plugin or Android Slingplayer Mobile, everything's fine. Using Slingplayer PlugIn with Firefox 15 provides video but no sound. It worked prior to the upgrade. All connections, devices and settings have been checked, software has been uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Ergo the problem is with the PlugIn and compatibility with Firefox 15.
