      I'm going on 5 years with my slingbox pro and recently I noticed I couldn't locate it on the web.  I see three lights on my unit and only power stays on.  The middle one for slingplayer blinks as well as the internet.


      I have reset my modem

      I have reset my router

      I have internet connection

      I have pressed the reset button for 1 sec, 5 sec, 30 sec and 1 minute and still no response on it reseting and getting a connection to the internet.

      I bought another sling solo and it is working fine and getting me by for now


      Basically is my slingbox pro dead?  It will not take or get an internet connection and I don't know what else to do at this point.

          Thank-you for contacting Slingbox Forum.  I am sorry you are having connection issues.


          Please contact us so that we can get the serial number of the PRO unit. It will be located on the bottom of the Slingbox.  This information is required to add it to your account and see if we can determine a solution for the connection problem.
