    Slingbox Solo unable to retrieve any manufacturer names

      I recently purchased a Slingbox solo and have connected it to a Explorer 4642HD box with Rogers.  During the setup(screen 3) where it asks to enter or select the cable box manufacturer, I am unable to enter or select any manufacturer names(whether by manually entering or selecting from the list). When i select from the available list of components, it says No Device available.  I was on a the phone with support for an hour and they claimed they have not seen this issue.  Before I return the unit, can anyone let me know if they've encountered a similar issue?
