Evidently my email address is not compatible with your reply system.
My email URL (the part after the @ symbol) is nts-online.net and I cannot reset the password because I never get the verification code email from sling.
I set up my account with my home email address and NEVER received a verification reply.
I have waited for days weeks months years about 2 years now since I first tried.
I had to create another account with my work email and it works perfectly fine, but I and not comfortable using my work email for such matters.
What can I do to get a reply from my password reset requests.
BTY, I just repeated the process (for probably the 10th time) and have not received the verification email.
I just ran the process for my business email and the verification email came through in a matter of seconds.
CAN SOMEBODY OUT THERE HELP MEEEEE!!!!!!!!
