Has anyone else experienced problems with a follow up from this company. They are so consumer friendly once you finally wind your way through the website to contact them about a warranty item. But twice I have phoned them and been promised a replacement and twice been given an arrival time for said replacement and not gotten it. Is this a glitch in the system or is this sympotomatic of a company in trouble?
