    Streaming Problems

I've been experiencing a problem with the Slingplayer streaming rate dropping off to about 300kbps from an initial rate of 900-1200.  The rate stays there and does not pick back up.  This only happens when I watch in Hong Kong and happens when using wireless, LAN cable or a mobile broadband device.  The sling player works fine at home or in other locations around the US.  Any ideas?

I was fortunate enough to get a chance to see what my slingbox would do while I was in Hong Kong. I got the same troubles. The only thing I can say is that the latency of the connection became very large, sometimes close to a half a second, thus displays all the pauses and audio breaks. From what I've read about internet connections in China is that internet traffic is monitored. I think it is simply from being in China. Hong Kong was my stop over for 1 day and 1 night. I was in Manila for my trip and had a very pleasant time using my services there.
