    Poor start


      Just got new PRO HD unit.


      The tech support person said that Slings data base had no record

      that I bought this box after searching with the serial number I gave them

      off my new unit.


      I was then told I needed 'written proof' that I bought and paid for it.


      Was instructed to go find my receipt, then go find a scanner, then email

      this to Sling BEFORE they would give me any help in setting up

      my box.




      Is this standard proceedure or do they think I am a thief or some type

      of scammer?



      Seems a really poor way to start a relationship with a new customer.


      Did I get a bad CS person or is everyone treated this way?
