    Unable to comment remotely - router / firewall problem


      My Slingbox is set-up in France through a Livebox 2 router.  I can watch TV via WiFi through my own router and also from a remote connection in France.  However, back in the UK I only get 'There was an error connecting to your Slingbox. Make sure that your Slingbox is ON and connected to the network.  Also ckeck that the firewall and router allow access.  Do you want to retry?'


      Since I'm trying to connect from the laptop that worked in France, I assume that the McAfee firewall is not the issue, but that it is a problem with the set-up of my O2 Thompson router.  However, I have no clue what I would need to change / check.  Does anybody have any suggestions as to what I can do to resolve this issue?
