Using my Slingbox is especially important to me. It is a tool that my hospitalized son and I can share things together. Things worked fine but suddenly dissembled as I changed Internet providers from Comcast to CenturyLink, and cable providers from Comcast to DirecTV. I followed directions on the Slingbox to reset my Slingbox Solo, but when I try to connect via my iMac, it can't see my Slingbox, even though it is hardwired. Of course, it is beyond my warranty, and I truly can't afford the support call. Any thoughts you could give me would be more than appreciated. Thank You!!!
