I had my Samsung Galaxy Tablet 10.1 serviced since it didn't charge. The service people updated the software at the same time deleting everything stored including my Sling. My Sling was purchased in SEP11 and is within the "warranty" period for service. The question is - how can I re-install this without buying a new subscription? I have the activation code etc. but HOW??
