I recently purchased another used slingbox pro-hd. I did a hard reset and changed all the settings/names/passwords etc. Everything works fine, without any problems, including on a recent out-of-state trip. What I don't understand is why when I visit the Support page that shows all the slingbox data (aka the "My Slingbox Info", it still shows the old name and IP address. I sometimes use that data for troubleshooting so I'd like to know the frequency that it gets refreshed. It's already been a week and it hasn't updated.
