    ipad app help

      I cannot use my ipad app i have entered my user name password and ID number multiple times and it says i still cant add my slingbox

          Hi Pkirrane,

           

          Thank you for contacting Slingbox Forum.  I am sorry you are having problems with the iPad App.

           

          If you have passed the Internet Viewing Test on the Slingbox at the home network on Slingbox Setup then you will not need to add the Slingbox to the iPad.  It should, when the App is chosen, connect and bring up the video by accessing the home network connection.
